If you’re looking for cord-cutting deals on Black Friday, I’ve got a couple of TechHive pieces to share with you. The first is a master list of deals on streaming devices, streaming services, and over-the-air DVRs. The second is an upgrade guide with advice on which streaming devices you should (or shouldn’t) be buying in the first place.

I’ll also break out some highlights here:

• The Roku Streaming Stick+ for $30 is probably the best streaming device for most people, especially if you want something simple. It’s never been available at this price before. (Here’s my review.)
• Personally I’m more partial to the Fire TV Stick 4K for $25. The software is more chaotic than Roku’s, but it has some neater features such as deep Alexa integration. (Here’s my review.) You can also bundle it with an Echo Dot smart speaker for $18 more at Best Buy.
• Hulu is offering a year of its on-demand, ad-supported plan for $2 per month, which is $4 per month off the regular price.
• The Tablo Dual over-the-air DVR is back down to $100, its record-low, at Best Buy. It’s still in a dead-heat with the quad-tuner version as the best over-the-air DVR for most people.

• Kids can now binge-watch Inspector Gadget and other children’s programming on CBS All Access.
• YouTube TV is investigating a buffering issue that only affects Spectrum internet customers.
• Comcast is raising prices for TV and internet this month.
